General Conditions of Sales

The present conditions of sale are concluded between Maviair Helicopter Shuttle by VİVAAH HAVACILIK VE ORGANİZASYON HİZMETLERİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ / MAVİ AİR TRAVELS INC., company of sale and reservation by internet and travel agency, hereinafter referred to as Maviair Helicopter Shuttle by VİVAAH HAVACILIK VE ORGANİZASYON HİZMETLERİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ / MAVİ AİR TRAVELS INC. In order to satisfy the buyer, maviair.com may have to change the present general terms and conditions of sale as well as its product ranges. Changes will be brought to the attention of the buyer through their online consultation.


1) Booking & payment

When you make a reservation online on our website or by telephone, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the details of your flight. The total amount of the payment must be paid in order to validate the reservation and at the latest 24 hours before the flight.

The amount to be paid by the buyer means the grand total price of the products and the grand total shipping costs. Prices are expressed in Turkish Lira. The applicable VAT rate is that in force on the day of the order. The prices posted on the site may be revised according to economic conditions. The products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of registration of your order. Regardless of the method of payment, payments are made in Turkish Lira. In a 100% secure environment, you can make your payments safely. The information is encrypted directly by the banking institution. The order validated by the buyer will be considered as effective only when the banking payment centers concerned have given their agreement. Payments made in line by credit card will be made through the secure system that uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol so that the transmitted information is encrypted by a software. The buyer must indicate the number, the date of validity of his card and the cryptogram on the back of it. The buyer agrees to be charged the total amount due at the time of the order. The buyer undertakes to personally use the credit card of which he is the holder. In the event of fraudulent use, maviair.com will not be liable. In the absence of a bank provision, refusal of the said centres, the order will be automatically cancelled.
The acceptance of the offer by the buyer is concretized by the electronic validation of the total amount of the order and the associated costs, as well as the information to be completed to ensure the delivery and the contact with the buyer: Last name First name Billing address Delivery address E-mail address Telephone number. The conclusion of the contract is only effective after the order confirmation by maviair.com. maviair.com will confirm the order and its payment by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address indicated by the buyer following its payment on the site. maviair.com also reserves the right not to confirm an order for any reason. Including a problem with the order received, a problem foreseeable regarding the delivery to be made... etc.

The booking cutoff for all our flights is 12 hours. Please note that if we provide airport meet & greet services on your flight, the booking cutoff would be 24 hours.


1) General information

The airline will endeavor to take all necessary measures to transport the passenger and his/her baggage without delay.

2) Cancellation of the flight

The airline is entitled to cancel a flight:
• For meteorological reasons;
• For technical reasons related to the helicopter;
In these two cases, the airline will refund the full amount of the flight.
• In the event of a passenger delay of more than 10 minutes;
• In the event of passenger No show;
In this case, the flight will not be refunded.

3) Compensation

No financial compensation will be granted to passengers in case of cancellation due to weather conditions, technical incidents, or force majeure, except for the refund of the flight. No financial compensation will be granted by the company in the event of a delay in connecting flights.


1) General information

The customer must be at the boarding point specified in their flight confirmation 15 minutes before departure.
If a chauffeur service has been booked additionally, the customer must arrive no later than 5 minutes before the pick-up time.

2) Cancellation of a flight by the customer

Our cancellation policy differentiates between our tours and flights. If you cancel your flight 48 hours before departure, there is a 100% refund. If you cancel your tour 72 hours before departure, there is a 100% refund. There is no refund for cancellations after these times.


To obtain a refund of your ticket, in accordance with the conditions detailed above, you can send your request for a refund to our accounting department by email to the following address: info@maviair.com
For tickets purchased by a travel/booking agent or intermediary, please submit your claim directly to that person. Refunds will be made on the basis of the fare paid including VAT.

Required information: name, first name, and exact weight of the passengers, telephone contact, and email.
All flights must be paid in full at the time of booking by credit card, cash, or apple pay (funds must be received in the company's account at least 12 hours before the flight).
There is no age restriction, but special requirements apply:
- Children under 2 must sit on an adult's lap (minimum 1 adult per infant)
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult (minimum 1 adult per aircraft)
From the age of 2, the current fare applies.
The airline is subject to capacity constraints and will group passengers together to complete the flight. The airline reserves the right to change the time slots in order to ensure that the helicopters are fully booked.
At the time of boarding, all tickets (including e-tickets) must be presented with identification for all passengers on the flight.


1) General provisions

The ticket serves as a contract between the Company and the passenger holding the ticket.
The transport service is only provided to the passenger(s) named on the ticket.
The company will check the identity of the passengers. Passengers benefiting from a fare subject to special conditions must be able to present the elements justifying the attribution of this specific fare. Failing this, a fare adjustment corresponding to the difference between the Tariff including tax initially paid, and the Tariff including tax that they should have paid will be made.

2) Personal information

The passenger provides the airline with personal data concerning him/her at the time of booking. This personal information is likely to be subject to computer processing. This information is collected and processed in accordance with the amended law.
The data communicated by the passenger is mainly used for the purposes of booking and purchasing a ticket, providing specific services in connection with the transport service, canvassing, developing customer loyalty, promotion, and commercial information.
The collection of your personal data is necessary for the management of your service requests. Your personal data is intended for maviair.com and all of our service provider partners. Our partners may be located outside Turkey. You have the right to access, object and rectify all data concerning you with maviair.com, specifying your surname, first name and address. With your consent, they may allow you to receive promotional or commercial or informative offers, by email or post, from us.

3) Refusal and limitations on carriage

The airline may refuse to carry the Passenger and his/her Baggage if one or more of the following cases occur or are likely to occur:
The Passenger refuses to undergo security checks and/or is not in possession of his/her ticket and identity card.
The carriage of the Passenger and/or his/her Baggage could endanger the safety, health, sanitation, or good order on board the aircraft, in particular, if the Passenger uses intimidation, abusive, and/or insulting behavior or language towards passengers or staff.
The passenger's physical or mental condition, including a condition caused by the consumption of alcohol or the use of drugs or medication, could present a danger or risk to themselves, other passengers, the crew, or property.
The passenger who benefits from a fare reduction is not able to present the proof required for the attribution of this specific fare and refuses to pay the fare adjustment.

4) Extra-seat policy

Guests weighing 120kg or above at check-in will be charged for an additional seat due to weight and balance reasons. The price of the additional seat is determined by the specific tour they are booked on. Applies to single-seat tours only. Not applicable to charters or private tours.
Weights for all guests are requested at the time of booking and their accuracy is essential to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests. To ensure safety, we weigh all our guests upon check-in and if we are unable to fly a guest due to an inaccurate weight at the time of booking, no refund will be given.
Only this way we can maintain accurate weight and balance on the aircraft, to ensure our guests have a safe and comfortable flight.

The company will check the identity of the passengers. Passengers benefiting from a fare subject to special conditions must be able to present the elements justifying the attribution of this specific fare. Failing this, a fare adjustment corresponding to the difference between the Tariff including tax initially paid and the Tariff including tax that they should have paid will be made.

2) Objects not allowed

Passengers must not include in their Baggage any object whose carriage is prohibited or restricted by the applicable regulations and the law in force, including in particular
Any object or substance which may constitute a danger to the aircraft, persons or property on board, such as:
Explosives, pressurized gases, oxidizing, radioactive or magnetized substances, flammable substances, toxic, infectious, or corrosive substances, radioactive materials (e.g., paints, light liquid, tear gas, oxygen cylinders, fireworks, and radiopharmaceuticals), firearms and ammunition, Sharp weapons, edged weapons, aerosols that can be used as attack or defense weapons.
Lithium-ion batteries with an energy of more than 160 Wh and/or containing more than 2 grams. Lithium and/or fuel cells/batteries integrated in an electronic device (computer, telephone, camera, etc.) or medical device (defibrillator, ventilation device, etc.) and spare cells/batteries should preferably be carried in the cabin.

3) Maximum dimension and weight of baggage

Due to weight restrictions, you are only allowed one standard piece of hand luggage (55 x 35 x 25 cm) and one personal item, which together must not weigh more than 5 kg. Your luggage will be checked for size and weight upon arrival at the departure point.
You can also bring personal items such as a laptop, tablet, handbag, magazines or a folder. Briefcases, backpacks, and shoulder bags must be stowed in the cargo hold of the aircraft. These items are also subject to the 5 kg weight limit, which includes the weight of all other stowed baggage.
Golf clubs are only allowed on charter flights.
For sports equipment, musical instruments or other unusual items, please contact our booking department.

4) Extra luggage

Additional baggage is subject to feasibility and does not apply to online bookings.
For each flight, additional baggage will be charged at $20 per bag if it is acceptable for the helicopter.
The passenger undertakes to inform MaviAir at least 24 hours in advance of any information that requires special care (fragile luggage or luggage with dimensions outside the permitted norms, baby carriages, etc.) and to bear the additional costs incurred as a result.

Additional baggage of a minimum of 8 pieces / 160 kg will be charged as extra. Please contact info@maviair.com for further information.

5) Pets

Please be sure to alert Mavi Air Customer support when you are planning to fly with your pet, or if you have any animal allergies. Pets must be pre-approved by the Mavi Air Team. Mavi Air reserves the right to reject pets that are deemed too heavy, large, disruptive, or dangerous at its sole discretion. If your pet is a service animal, please contact us at customer support
Pets under 25 pounds can sit in a carrier on their owner's lap for a pet fee of Euro 95. For pets heavier than 25 pounds, the owner must purchase an additional seat. On Charter flights pet fly for free.
